could be a bent MOT, you never know....
You could just get another bent MOT when it expires.
Remember: if the car is not exactly as described, you don't have to pay. But otherwise it's a legally binding contract.
He says he serviced it recently so check oil level and see how dirty it is. Check chassis for rust, exhaust for holes (either of these
would be an MOT fail). Check for accident damage as he says it has been repainted.
