Anti-Carjack Confusion in SK [Fixed]

I don't actually think this is fixed, the other day Snoopy was trying to get in vehicles, and he kept getting set as a passenger.

It does work.
The problem is when people go to desktop and remain in their vehicle. We see this admin when the carjack report use to spam us, the server thinks the desktop player is still in a vehicle.
If anyone knows how to fix this, let us know.
I've tried SetPlayerPos, RemovePlayerFromVehicle but none seem to make the server believe the player isn't in the vehicle.
So, when you try to enter vehicle 1, the server checks if a player is in the vehicle (desktop player), so puts you in passenger seat.

imo car jacking should be allowed in GRAND THEFT AUTO. /lock and /unlock was the best :'(

If everyone was nice and played fair, sure.
It's just not fair for new players to be jacked while starting a race. Or, pull over to pick a player up (like we do in SK races), he could car jack you. We live/play in an evil world, too many mofo's and not enough nice guys.
