Anti-Carjack Confusion in SK [Fixed]

As i see today when some people try to enter a vehicle together at the same time, they both get killed and the vehicle they try to get in is being totally locked out.So nobody is able to get into it and die trying.  :-\

Really strange bug. if should only kill the player if a player is in the vehicle. I've seen players try to enter empty vehicle then they die.  Strange because I don't understand why the server would think a player is in the vehicle. It doesn't make sense.

Won't be long before we have the SA-MP lock doors function back.

I've had that I just joined server and searched for a car, found one, entered and died :L While the race was on its way some time already... and nobody around lol.
