its skateboard.txd skateboard.dff
i replaced brassknuckle

you need also rename texture inside skateboardIcon to what weapon you want replace it (example: skateboardIcon to BRASSKNUCKLEicon)

put vorbishooked.dll, vorbisFile.dll, IVBlips.asi in "x:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\"
and hud.txd in "x:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\models\"
