Ok, i know how to fix that. put this in SA folder with asi loader and in Display settings -> Widescreen option -> AUTO
Works perfect for me tested

Extract it with 7zip and put IVBlips.asi in SA folder

yep. i managed to get it working, i had to load up SP and turn frame limiter off because that asi thingy crashes my game, but.. i have to play sa:mp with frame limiter on due to the brake lockup glitch :(

ah well thanks anyway :-*
