Its not a mod, its cause of the PC and i know its not allowed over 100, but i only use it in /stunt cause it laggs at some points with a lot of objects. At Race i turn on the FPS limiter and i hardly even race :r (Not that the fps is so low that i cant race but its that i dont like to race alot)
