I heard also in USA , legit age for driving is 16 . In France , it's 18 and young drivers has a limit in fiscal horsepower and also in speed .

In the UK it is 17, there is no limit for horsepower but insurance is so expensive young people can't afford to run anything with more than 70hp.  :L

For most people insurance for the first year is worth more than the car.

In Philippines you can drive in the Age of 16 (Permit :P)

Did 150 yesterday in my 2.0 CRDI Sportage while overtaking a truck, not a big deal

Our buses can do 150 in an expressway if they don't have GPS installed.

This is my uncle car,but he is waiting me to turn 18 to drive it,just for me... That's his idea.. btw i'm 16,and the law in Macedonia is that you must have 18 to drive a car,you can get a driving license at 16,but you must wait until you turn 18 to drive ... with a co-driver for 3-4months :)
