So, what do you think about Russia and Qatar getting the WC?

I don't like it anyway.. Russia hmhm okay possible.. but I rather saw England/NL+BE/Spain+PT.

And about Qatar, that is just ridicilous.. Qatar only got money, totally no love for football.. BLEGH. Not talking about the weather there.. even airconditioning doesn't help all the time.

FIFA is all about money and the most corrupt instance in the world.

they're going for 'developing' countries, fair enough really, qatar says they will take apart the stadiums afterwards and make use of them in developing countries which is nice. i think they're both cool choices, only thing i care about is the time difference lol

Russia...yeah kinda works but Qatar no, especially over the other countries in their group.

That said, Qatar does have a reasonably successful league of its own...some european players go over there to retire.

THAT said, it will suck for the players, playing in 50 degree heat and with no alcohol and with female supporters needing to cover up.

Will be a shit world cup.

but you do see why it was chosen though, you could pretty much rule out s korea and japan cause they had it in 02 or something and the USA are pretty well off, as are the aussies.
