Just recieved this from some guy, ignore it

I just recieved the same thing from another guy and they bouth are friends, plus they bouth are from this group http://steamcommunity.com/groups/imfromlatvia

I left that group now

Isn't it almost impossible to steal accounts with their new security system? Only your password is not enough to steal it. I guess they figured something out.
