I'd be surprised if they are... Looks like it's just painted chassis. It's in the most cases that happen in supermarkets adverts and such. I saw similiar one in Poland but it was not even painted and also in-touch it was for sure not what these vehicles are made of.
So probably made in China for adverts needs lol. :L

toro rosso team 2007 has launched a new pilot in F1 Sebastian Vettel btw Toro Rosso is EX- Minardi infact in 2006 Toro Rosso had engine Cosworth of Minardi adapted for rules 2006 (A)
