Title: Vista ServicePack2 Problems
Post by: [FSR]Ush on June 16, 2011, 10:07:51 pm
Hi there,

Is there anyone who knows why Vista SP2 won't get installed? It fails at step3 after the restart... it says it couldn't be finished.. so weird. I've tried this several times the past few months but it won't succeed.

It's the legitimate version of Vista.. computer is a HP desktop 32 bit, if you need more info cause you might know the problem shoot a question here.
Other updates do succeed.

I would update to Windows 7. I don't really like 7, but having used both Vista and 7, I would say 7 is a LOT better.  ;)

Vista is fine. Windows 7 is obviously better but Vista is usable.

Are there any other updates? How about hidden ones that haven't been installed? Unhide them, just a guess.
