Title: dynamic weather system

Hi there I have another idea ^^

What about a dynamic weather system for races?
I already saw races where CPs size is changing during race or the cars changing.

You could start a race in dry and at CP 15 for example you have rainy weather, or foggy or whatever...
People would be surprised and would have problems with different weather  ;D

Could be also done with time. A race which starts at day could be in the night at some CP.

- Uhh and now i got this idea: Teleport CP's You drive you race at day, all is fine and in the next second you are in a dark rainy foggy scarry forrest alone.  :L  O0

dynamic time works well like in single player. and i think rac3r is working on having the same for weather :P

Just need to find a good transition between the weather colours imo.

Dark sky to clear blue sky just looks horrible. With all the different weather though, I'm sure we'll find a good mix.

Not coded yet, but it'll work good if all light colours could alternate to only medium colours, then dark colours can also only alternate to medium colours. Medium colours can alternate to either light or dark colours.
