Title: double cars [Corrupt File]

on the map, during every race, cars are spawning from my race LS_Gangs_SK. i loaded this race today and what i have seen...

cars are spawning from my race (ok) but same cars are spawning on the map during every race (WTF!!!) ???

Ok, I guess there is a problem with destroying SK vehicles (I saw something similar while on a normal grid, swt race).
I'll sort it out.

yep,  many cars in middle of the roads and some noobs are using them to race (there NRGs, bullets) during races

not  only 'noobs',  I saw also regulars using it... to gain advantage, c'mon try race fair.

Fixed, I thought it was fixed earlier, but after some debugging, cars that were not in use (VEHICLE_Used = false) were not destroyed.
