Title: Country names with the ban (one for mooman I guess)

hello there,

I would like to have country names with the ban, it would be easier to spot a new cheater with the same name, but a different IP. In other words, I could be more sure of my suspicions towards a ban evader.

So:
***.***.***.*** [DATE | TIME] Cheater - [Unreported] Admin banned Cheater (Reason : hacks) [Track: Trackname] (Germany)

Good idea, just a shame it was suggested after I replaced the location with the banned reason :P
