Title: Race testing improvement.

It is really a pain in the ass when you open /newraces list and see bunch of untested races but you find out that they were tested already. So you have to load them all to add or del. Some races can even crash the server but since a testing person can't be aware of that you can't blame him.

This is what i was thinking about all time. Testing person opens the list and sees who was the last one who tested the races. At each race theres a comment to inform testing person why the race is still here. If race wasn't tested it could say "UNTESTED". Feel free to say your opinions.  :)

I think it's a good idea, usually there is quite a few races that gets loaded by many admins but nor deleted or added.

For moving to /tt, just use /add2tt and then delete the race as it stays in /tt but is deleted from everything else.

Sounds good, sometimes you don't know what to do, so you leave the race 'untouched'.
