They squeeze it in between 2 and 3? I didn't realise. I thought it was just an hour-long midnight. You learn something new every day. ;)
They're thinking of scrapping DST. I hope they do: it's confusing, and the analogue dial on my watch is really annoying to rewind (I have to press a button to adjust it by a minute, and it only goes FORWARD lol).

You live closer to the equator line or however it's called in english, so the difference between daylight time per day in summer and in winter isn't big. I guess Krissi has the biggest difference among us...

For January (the month with the shortest daylight at the northern hemisphere) the daylight times for Iceland and the Netherlands:
Reykjavík 11.20-15.45 (4,5h) Amsterdam 08.50-16.35 (7,5h)
For July, the month with the longest daylight times at the northern hemisphere:
Reykjavík 03.10-23.55 (20,5h) Amsterdam 05.25-22.05 (16,5h)

They Daytime on mid winter is short as fck here when i go to school on morning at 8:00 its still dark, and it gets dark again from 16:00-17:00, and summer it is sun til 21:00 then it goes bright again at 8:00.
