Yeah, you just got to relax and lie down on your bed or something, hold your eyes closed and listen to it with high quality headphones.   :)

Done it once-... Yesterday when my friend showed it to me, i was confused as hell for like 15 minutes after hearing one of them and i just laughed, it kinda reminded me of smoking weed but-... My head started hurting pretty bad after that, not sure if i'l do it again  ...................this week.  ;D

takes preparation, some people it takes longer. and others you need to be relaxed, maybe even tired. although some people it doesnt work at all  :(
