You still can get random bumps on a 100 fps. Even on a flat road, you get random bumps a lot, I don't even know where they come from sometimes.

I don't think this will fully work the way you want it to, because most of the deleted races have reasons like ''del wins'', or ''dislike wins'', etc..., and not because there was a problem with the race's cps or something related, but of course it would be a nice feature imo.
