Out of fuel situation in my opinion should not include lap saving.

Ok.  If players runs out of fuel, he'll start from lap 1.

Still need to find a way to stop players leaving their vehicle.  Currently, when you exit your vehicle, your doors are automatically unlocked.  I wonder if I remove the auto-unlock, we'll be loved inside our vehicles?  I doubt it, but I'll try find out.

Can we run a Daytona 500 race again this afternoon?  Really want to see if the lags improved.  Thanks.

Yes.  I might be wrong but I believe it's State Of Liberty mod.  Not possible in SA-MP though, I very much doubt it.

I had some really good money shots, some of you might of seen my trying to get close to the track to take pictures.

I installed my XP, but it was so old I couldn't code at the same time due to being service pack 1.  Anyway, after a race I installed XP SP3, then looked for the photo's I took......  They got formatted

Fair enough.

What are you views on Lap storing? For example, if your car fails (timeout, out of fuel, die, over the fence) you are allowed to start from your current lap?

Ok, double post, but this is great news.

Bug: Players could exit vehicle, if timed right, they could spawn a new vehicle.

Fixed: OnPlayerExitVehicle, I added a very simple function : ClearAnimations(playerid).  Now, it seems impossible to exit the vehicle!

We have to make next race less laggy and fix the glitches, we're getting there.

Changed the Pistop code, it now works on vehicle basis, rather than player.

Hopefully quicker, I'll run a test this dinner time.

I can imagine the wait, even 20 minute races have us all waiting an extra 10 minutes.

My net died on about lap 6, fell in the water because the objects just failed to appear for me.  My fault, bad internet.

Server was very laggy, this could be due to the PitStop code.  Maybe it needs optimising.

200 Laps is too much, 100 laps seems doable for the majority of players.

Few glitches possible with /NC, they need sorting for next race.

If we say what's wrong, things might change for the better.  Anyone else have any queries about the event?

From now on please post all downtime reports here, there's no point mking a new topic because it will never get resolved as tracking the problem is impossible.

Can't even access server files, it's officially fucked.

Can't connect via FTP either, really feckin' weird.

Need to find out what Vertigo was doing. Then we will know.

I just clicked Turn Off server, now I can't even connect it back, bit strange.

FTP also not responding.

Could be KingJ, I'm on it.

Bloody hell, KingJ site seems to be down too. I thought it was a crash my the updates.

It's back, we'll have to wait for the No Recs suggestion, used older mode 'just in case' my mode was to blame.

Just giving you all a heads up, just in case we have problems.

Host's forum is slow, he might be have problems.
