I search the forum to find an channel for discord for only recruiting or apply new members for the citys but find nothing. So my question there anything like this? If not, I want to try open such channels.

Yesterday I had a pretty high ping around 120-150 whereas its usually 30-60. I know that Microsoft is aggressively pushing some updates this week, its possible that windows update is running in the background and stealing your interwebz.

For whatever reason, no matter what I type into the command prompt, I cannot seem to get the game to change my player name's color. I've tried every combination of commands I've seen; cXname, cXname, cXname and cXname. The heck am I doing wrong?

In this situation, Id agree with the decision. Beyond the specific parameters, though, it gets tougher.

In a bigger event, he wouldnt get his buy-in back, nor should he.

On the meta level, life doesnt stop for poker he had to leave but neither should poker stop for life. Thus he theoretically should be out of luck. Go a little further down the road in the tourney, and the room cant make the decision they made and be fair to the other players.

IIRC Steem allows that out of the box, e.q. making a joypad button behave like pressing SPACE or so on the ST keyboard.
Just explore the joystick configuration dialogs.

or better yet sign charger arms up as a sponsor and then you will be in for sure. they could always use a gun on the prize table
