Title: Refuelling race bugs [Fixed]

I love this racemode, its a great idea, but there are 2 bugs.
1. If you type /nc, you spawn a new car with a full tank and you dont need to stop for fuel and some abuse it *cough*Snikeris*cough*Gregorz*cough*someone else I forgot to mention*cough*. The solution is simple, disallow using /nc in those races and add auto-repair. Problem solved.

2. I noticed that at the start of the race I had 100 litres or whatever unit of fuel. I stopped to refuel and I accidentally filled up to 105, is that supposed to happen? Cause some guy can just stop at the start, get a HUGE amount of fuel and drive to the finish which is a bit unrealistic...Other than that I love these kind of races, you have to calculate how much fuel per lap you need, etc...

While PITSTOP race is running and if you enter /TT you get that fuel meter counting your fuel.

mooman fixed it already I thought, he set max to 100.

Thanks for the detailed information.

Fixed - Max fuel, newcars will send you back to the pit, running out of fuel will return you to star
Gangzone should also appear now, stored gangzone id.
