I'm not sure how SA-MP db works but I think things such as server peak etc need to be coded to count. It also needs its own tables in database. So there is possibility such as things would have to be done from the server start (i hope i'm wrong).

I mean something like
CREATE TABLE [dbo].[PEAK_TBL](
    [m_szPeak] [nchar](10) NOT NULL
) ON [PRIMARY]

Like i said only my thoughts lol not sure
