you're not unbanned yet btw wait for other admins to reply, i doubt you'll stay banned though because there isn't much evidence. the slowing down before finishing isn't explained yet but as the time was so slow i guess that could possibly be it and that he knew that wouldn't be his last go and it certainly isn't enough for a 2 year ban.

ok i take back what i said, i was assuming the top1 you were competing with was good, but the time was very slow therefore the gains on the top1 split time mean nothing. there isn't enough evidence to ban him here as the lamppost can be explained with lag (it's happened to me where it feels like i should have hit a lamppost but my car sort of bounces a little bit and straightens itself up) and the gains on the split time mean nothing as cake's top1 was slow. i did find training's times suspicious but not unbeatable, feel free to show me how you did it if you do get unbanned to further prove your innocence. innocent until proven guilty and i definitely don't think we've got enough evidence to say he's guilty.

There's another thing I want to add btw, after deazzer crashing the second lamp, he obviously bumped, so I'm wondering why he didn't use his acceleration hack, I mean he lost quite a lot, so your statement mute is not right.
And as I already told you, I can't see anything in this video.
And mute, as you can see, he obviously was fast enough, cake improved his time afterwards.
he didn't use it in that part, you see that he goes from -.500 to +100 (.6 loss). he takes the uphill part really poorly and somehow manages to gain in cp 18 - 19, seems to use the hack on the downhill parts which is clever because it's less noticeable.

and if i'm not mistaken, training shares the account or whatever (bullshit or no bullshit doesn't matter), i was whoring the super gt test track and had a very difficult time beating your top, i'd be -300+ in some places, then you'd just completely turn that around even if i drive it to the limit and i'd suddenly be +300 or more. i didn't ban cos i thought i'd give you the benefit of the doubt and wait til there's some more solid evidence but tbh the split times you had on that race were good enough for a ban anyway.

looks pretty clear to me, you took some corners really badly and fell far behind the top1 and every time you did, you gained it back within the next cp or 2. at times you were .6 down and in tt that's just too much, especially with someone like cake having the top1. granted his top might have been bad, i've never driven that tt before so i can't say much about that but the way you were driving was definitely not quick enough to make a tt top1, bad lines, unable to keep the car gripped through turns etc. you clearly slow down before the finish too which is so obvious, there is literally no reason to slow down before the end of a tt other than to make your time look less suspicious. it seems every time you lose grip on exit, you compensate for it by using a touch of your acceleration hack or whatever it is to gain back the lost time. guilty imo.
