started late 2011 or 2012, can't remember, played roleplay for a bit then i discovered mini-missions (server full of nablets) which made me think i was pro. after going to mini-missions i got bored of RP, then i started dominating mm races so i decided to look for a race server, ever since i've been mainly playing ax :p

well, we were discussing your weapons in admin chat, you had about 5 (i forgot to take a screenshot but other admins saw it), and you had a bomb, multiple guns and knuckle dusters. you then left, came back and had a bomb and knuckle dusters again, that's when i decided to ban you.

i don't often ban players for weapon hacks so i'm not sure if there are any bugs that may cause it to tell us you have weapons on two occasions but i'm pretty sure it's because you spawned them for yourself. the reason i don't think it was a random bug is because you /q'd with a bomb, a couple of guns and knuckle dusters and when you came back, you didn't have the guns anymore but you still had the bomb and knuckle dusters, so i'm guessing you were only half-way through spawning your collection at the time i banned you.

i may be mistaken though if there is a bug with /pweapons that i'm unaware of, if there is then i will give you the benefit of the doubt.

nice guide, i only disagree with one thing there, which is the "unnecessary cornering".

• Checkpoint placing - avoiding unnecessary cornering

  one of the most common annoying parts in races - not-needed turns. They only increase race time, showing authors lazyness or lack of track length/timing skills

no corners are necessary lol, so it's kinda redundant to advise to avoid these unnecessary ones. if there were no 'unnecessary' corners, everyone's races would be a boring ass snoopy drag.

i don't really think he should be banned, granted he evaded which is worth punishing, but not with a permanent ban. any rule that is broken that isn't cheats is punished by jail or a temp ban or something, and as he didn't actually cheat, i think he should be treated as a rulebreaker, not a cheater. just my opinion :p

i don't think it's really fair to assume he used a proxy without actually knowing. i've seen him on mta and he plays fairly (granted you can't cheat on mta but still), i'd say he's probably capable of playing without cheating.
