well if admins had to screenshot/fraps every single punishment that would be ridiculous, that would just be the same as a player reporting an incident.

admins have the authority to punish people without evidence (depending on the seriousness of the offence), there were a lot of witnesses too (i wasn't one of them) and you came back to the server claiming you were innocent and judging by the amount of people who said you were making a nuisance of yourself, that was a complete lie. gavish then asked you to drop the attitude and you didn't, then he asked you to apologize or face a ban, you chose not to apologize so i can't say you weren't warned.
it's only a 12 hour ban and you're far from innocent from what i've seen. i probably wouldn't have banned you but that's because i'm pretty lenient.

it doesn't really go anywhere, but that's the same for all loops you get from the internet as you can only have them for a certain bpm and key so you can't really be too creative with them. it's not bad though but it just feels like it's constantly building up without a climax (giggity). you could prolong the intro and add a load of effects to build up to a climax after the 1 2 3 4 bit, idk though it's up to you haha.
if you drop the drums out of the intro it would definitely have a bigger impact as all the "instruments" would come in after the 1 2 3 4 and make the night club of ax go crazy at dat drop doh.
