You can't start SAMP with Windows 8 ?
Try this.

First step:

NOTE: Don't forget to put the [ x ] into the box to change the Compatibility [/spoiler]

In a simple words you just set compatibility mode to Wingows 98 / Windows Me

Yea that's right, but for many people who don't know how to change it, it's a small help :p
