This started in the morning
two days after the accident.
I cannot jump, run and lift in front of me (only on sides).
I might go see a doctor if this wont go away soon.

This kind of pain that changes with breathing, or move the chest is indicative of a strain of a chest wall muscle or pull of a tendon.
There are several small thin muscles and tendons that go across the chest wall, and with awkward movements,
it's very easy to inflame them which gives strange pains. They feel like their deeper than the skin, but still within the chest wall and not deeper (like a punch in the gut!)
