Gamemodes with speedboost can be used to ban someone by unfairly

Troublemaker:
He says that admins can ban someone by mistake for speedhack, while he is actually using speedboost (kers mode) or infinite nitro (tapping nitro button).

If someone gets banned because of that we can see what race was going on at a time and unban the poor bastard.

There are always ways of figuring it out, for instance the chat in the video evidence will reflect what was said at a particular time, so chat logs can be used to trace what race was being played at the time (same goes for whether a user is in /stunt or not).

Regardless, I think it goes without saying that anyone found to be fabricating evidence will be banned.
