actually these should be free, only pay for visuals cmds, so

/paint
/paint ID ID
/vc ID ID
/vcc D ID
/tune
/tune 2
/tm
/repair (that fix bodywork, normal engine repair for free)

so all players got fair chances, and costs are only in visual

Scorpion.:
adding costs for repair , flip , sos , can help a lot reducing rammers on server, if a rammer start ramming and every 2 seocnds spamm command for repair , that's will cost for the rammer much moneys, and maybe start to race quite  :)

for /tt u're free to do all things(no costs for repair car) , u get awards if u do some record.
