Since today is my birthday,I had the idea,Of giving an advertisement of " happy birthday " in  the entered the server.
Obviously, the server has to connect with the forum for database.
In order that it could detect the dates of birthday.
A brief summary.
The advertisement, it would go out in the choice of the skin.
