* Checkpoint size can now be set on a per-CP basis in /tt

* /writechat [from] [to] [text] (/wc) added. Similar to /translate but it shows the translated text to the chat as if you had said it.

* The advance checkpoint icons in the radar now work in /tt and from the start of the race instead of after going through the first checkpoint.

Donation system added. This will make the server more financially secure as instead of just depending on a few owners, players can help too. And, if there's enough money, we can upgrade things a bit too but I can't promise anything at this point.
