i'd suggest showing from 1-15 and
16-20 if 21st hasn't finished
17-21 if 22nd hasn't finished
18-22 if 23rd hasn't finished
etc

I think the reason is that They are much better racers like me, they can win, they are always in top5, and they dont deal with much noob players than top5.
maybe is it "boastfulness"?
I wrote down my suggestion, who doesnt like it or doesnt agreee with me, he doesnt/they dont. I wont argue with anybody.
I hope my suggestion will help for everybody to check the player's skill, if admins will add it. If not, not. This is not my decision.
