Max. FPS Limit

Since the other topic about fps is not about this, I create another one here.
As I know there's difference in speed between someone who has 100fps and someone who has lower. I think its not fair. If we want our skills to be the only thing which will make us win races, everything that might effect our speed should be equal in my opinion. That's why I think there should be a limit for max. fps[I dont know if to set a max. fps limit is possible]. I'd like to hear your opinions about this here, thanks

the reason why we are enforcing minimum fps limit is because low fps is laggy and toublesome, which can't be told about high fps.
plus the difference between 70 and 100 fps is not big enough to justify a limitation, again unlike between 30 and 23.

I can feel the difference while playing. On a straight road the difference between the 1st and me always gets longer. Why not setting a limit to 60fps/70fps or something which everyone can have so only our skills will make us faster

Now that's a good idea!!!
The lager will not feel discomfort.
And the force will be equal ONLY skillz :P
