Select the CP (Checkpoint) you would like to change vehicle at, by inputting it into the main menu option, something like 'Vehicle Switch CP'.  Then, type /vehicle [first vehicle] [second vehicle], so if I wanted a buffalo to switch to a Sultan, I'd do /vehicle 502 560.  You might also need to goto Options, in the main menu and select Royal Rumble.
