I think that with air vehicles it will be a mess, specially with noobs, land vehicles are better imo xD

then just give option to choose air vehicle while default chase vehicles would be a fbi truck, rhino and other vehicles of same speed as evader for ramming(ramming would obviously allowed here)

That seems better, because maybe if you just give hydra or hunter to noobs they will just kill everyone, instead of just the guy we are supposed to kill :p

i cant warrant i would miss some rammer too, hydra missiles are not snipers after all, but all in the name of fun.
