Keep losing connection and have a rather high ping, im guessing ddos?

From last nignt I notice that the server has problem. I hardly connect to it and when succeed I have so much lag and my and server ping is way to high. Pleace solve the problem. Thank you.

Server is very laggy / times you out..

Keeps happening every race, I have no clue why.. or what..
