find out whats weather like

make some command which can show you what weather is used in race you are racing.
also and time, so it can be perfect
would be very usefull if you want to make a race with the weather you see in the race you are racing :police:

Just get weather ID and put it near race info on a start I guess.

comand is there since like 2 years, /edit shows weather id, time and all setting
