IV delay

Add some weapons delay in this mode.
For example shoters gets weapon 15 seconds after start,
coz it is annoying to die or lose whole crew in 5 seconds at start.

is it technically possible?

problem is ppl with fine ping die after 5-10 seconds from start
weapons should be awailable after a while
