Race Rating System
The name Says it all, a Race Rating System, to People Rate the Races, the Objective of this Rating System is know if the race is good, before it end
so after Finish the race you can Rate the Race, but You need a Minimum Score


Minimum Score to Vote from 5-10: 2500 points
Minimum Score to Vote from 3-10: 8000 points
Minimum Score to Vote from 0-10: 25000 points
Minimum Score to Vote from 0-12: 60000 points
Minimum Score to Vote from 0-15: 125000 points

This Way Should make Most Experienced Racers Opinion about the race have slightly more Influence, Be a bad Opinion or good Opinion

The Rate of the Race will be like:   Total Rate / Amount of Votes

(example:

Player A rates 6
Player B rates 8
Player C rates 10

6+8+10=24       24/3=8

Race Rate=8 )

Points don't say anything about how experienced someone is.. I got less than 100k points, while I am one of the more experienced people.

^ this after a new race has been loaded to get opinions?

Just make it an option for level 3 admins to start a vote if the (new/tested) race is good or bad.
