I tried first time but "You are banned from this server"..

Hello. My English dont good, sorry. Me and my friend want started playing in AdrenalineX. But when we tried join, we can see "You are banned from the server." But we can tried first time... So.. Help mee !  :'(

Hello! You've posted in in the wrong section, here's the needed one. I don't see any information about you both in the banlist. If you see only one line that says "You are banned from the server" then it must be samp bug, cause if you would have actually been banned then you'll recieve 3 red lines like here, for example:

They are my friends and they tried join the server first time. So if it is a samp bug, how can they solve this problem
