It's simple. When you find a video in youtube that requires you to login to verify your (adult)age and you just cba to login do this:

1- Copy the link of the video.
2- Paste it in the address bar (NeedForSpeedMostWanted: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6CJnb6dAcC4)
3- Edit the url; delete the " watch?_= " part, leave the "v" and add a " / " after the "v"
    It should look like this: http://www.youtube.com/v/6CJnb6dAcC4
4- Press Enter and the video will appear.

btw here's a funny short film. Maybe it was posted already since its kinnda old but I found it until couple of weeks ago.
