they can tell what page you're loading it from. if you load it from here, then it gets blocked. if you load it from there, it loads. buuuuuuuut your browser caches images so it doesn't have to load them again ang again so you can post it here and since your browser already has it loaded from there, it's not blocked but only for you. and if you load it from here and go there, it'll still be blocked until it's deleted from your cache
