I don't think so. It will be used for races accepting, rarely map changes or regular map that is bad and can be deleted, for example msd race lol. Also some minor things. Admin control over it (can be canceled anytime by the author or if author disconnects). I also added one thing to it so if player that voted quits vote gets deleted. It won't display usules info such as this player voted for this option. Chat won't get flooded.

Not possible couse such as votes won't take a place untill we have GT hater in admin team but then it is more likely abusing.
