Looks like i will never be on the server again

Everytime i try and run samp, it crashes to this:

I just uninstalled it all (GTA, SAMP, MTA etc) and deleted all my user folders and the rockstar folder in prog files, then did a restart.

Now i have installed GTA again, applied the v1.0 files, re-installed samp and still have the same problems....

(I have gtasa.exe running as admin, does it need to be in a compatibility mode too? Do i need to run samp.exe as admin under compatibility as well?)

Google the error code 0x0040FB80 and look around SA-MP forums, try solutions.

Registry is messed that is all.
Solution is to reinstall whole windows to recovery damaged parts into registry or 2nd solution is to install game somewhere else for example partition D which will give new route for registry and avoid problems  ;)

Hmm am not quiet sure about CCcleaner or Advanced System care,they do something in registry but cant say am 100% sure it will help.Mostly time they doing great job,but also they can make mess and cause game,programs stop respond...
I can suggest him to manually delete SA:MP keys into registry but since we both know that every game making 100 or more can be really painful job,also there are plenty similar named keys so you can make worst than making SA:MP playable.

Simple as moo suggested above install game somewhere else and would be enough to avoid problems. ;)

And Karlip i have got similar problem,nothing useful i found on SA:MP forum,people just having random ideas and no one is 100% correct to suggest Simon he can deal with SA:MP crash,or to be honest i can suggest him to make fresh installation of windows and i can guarantee 100% but that is last solution.  ;)

Reinstalling isn't so bad, it backs up everything, then you just gotta reinstall your programs. Just remember to save little things like bookmarks and other program related files.

But start with those ideas first I suppose ^
