i think it would be unfair to not let phil participate in this tourney, whatever happend in the last one it is history and this is new one and if not nermal is going to be part of it, why not let phil be in it?

I was thinking about that, if only one of them competes, but I'm not too sure. This is what betraying our trust does... This is cheating and we do have a zero tolerance on it.

However admitting what you have done may help you out here.

I have to say it's funny how you rather trust someone who barely speaks english at all instead of a fellow admin...

Afterall it was discussed some ( weeks? ) ago that only Phil would participate in the tourney to avoid confusing...

This all started when MadMax compared Phil's entry time with nermal's, and if you look back at the results nermal wasn't even starting before Phil every round...

yeah it is a strange thing to "lie" about, but what if phil doesent lie, never looked at his brother but everyone keeps denying and blaming him for something he never did instead of just trusting him, and if there are runs were phil was going first it makes sense...

and now that nermal is not going to take part it would be unfair to not let phil be in...
