FFS i didnt watch him do his runs this is fucking ridiculous. Why would I do it and how would it even be fucking possible? he did most of his runs in the morning while i was asleep...Do you think im up 24/7 just to cheat in some game where there is nothing to gain?

you can ask them to both do their run at the exact same time under supervision of an admin? in that case they're both able to participate.. but they need to do some more work for it (race at the same time). sounds fair to me?

That's highly unlikely, and seeing as one of them is nocturnal it's highly unlikely lol. Also it doesn't solve the problem of last years tourney...
