IV races in something like /TT mode

Many players love/like racing iv races but there arent many iv races like classic modes.
It would be nice to have iv races in seperate mode similiar to /TT.
how it could work?
you enter iv mode and choose race then you waiting in room for minimum 4 players to start race and fun.
