Can there be a Rank system ? , and achievements

and a speed hack detecting system ,

Anti-(flame-spam-flood) system

I dunno If this's available on SA:MP or no , But why can't there be pick-ups like nitrous pick up and health pick-up , or It can be something that gives you alot of speed
