where do i have to post them in? In GTA SA user files?

Replace files in gta3.img  use img tool or txdworkshop

i posted them in img, but i dont get the paintjob when i go to the tune shop :S

replace files flash1.txd sultan1.txd jester1.txd elegy1.txd in gta3.img with IMG3 or other programm , in server /paintjob 0

I can not explain better than this  :-\
