New Scripting Member [Underdog]

Ok, I've decided to allow a fellow scripter to help improve the server. He has good knowledge, been in SA:MP for over 2 years plus has previous, high level admin experience. Underdog is going to be assisting AdrenalineX, so look forward to some hot new features (better than his races I promise you) including an IRC echo. This is the second time I have let someone support me with the scripting,

This time around it will be much more productive.
I know many of you will not know Underdog, but he is ideal for this position and someone who is loyal.

You'll be seeing some updates soon I'm sure

Underdog:
IRC is all ready to go, server just needs restarting (not a gmx). For those of you who know how to use irc, this information may be useful to you.

Server: irc.gtanet.com
Port: 6667
Channel: #AdrenalineX
Echo Channel: #AdrenalineX.echo

Once the server is restarted, you will be able to see people talking, joining, quitting etc from the echo channel.

Edit: Echo is up and running, to be able to use !say you need voice (+v). I will sort this out tomorrow night, imo all pro racers should have voice unless otherwise stated by Racer, Andy or mooman.
